If you like touring stately homes, visit the Governor’s Mansion. This glorious house has been the official residence of Oklahoma's Chief Executive since 1928. The mansion reflects the same Dutch Colonial style architecture that is featured on the State Capitol Building. In fact, the same architectural firm that designed the Capitol designed the home.

17 acres of landscaped rolling hills and a sunken lake. The seven-story Crystal Bridge Tropical Conservatory features a collection of palm trees, flowers and exotic plants from across the globe. The Adventure Walk takes visitors underneath a 35-foot cascading waterfall, and a skywalk allows visitors a bird's eye view of the tropical setting.

The Oklahoma City National Memorial remembers April 19, 1995, when 168 people were killed in the bombing of the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building. The memorial includes one empty chair for each person killed, as well as part of the fence that stood as a makeshift memorial in the years following the bombing. The portion of fence is covered with letters, photos, flowers and more left by survivors and visitors. The museum contains artifacts and photographs of the disaster.
